Show Refugees & Migrants Solidarity

The next Refugee & Migrant Solidarity Ireland (RAMSI) dinner is on Sunday 21st May at 4:30pm in 10 Belvedere Court, Dublin 1.

The Solidarity dinners have proved a great success so far in bringing people together.  It is an opportunity to have some tasty food from diverse cultures but also to get to know people from different backgrounds.  The dinners are open to all including children, if accompanied.

Through activities and events people can show their support for refugees and asylum seekers.  RAMSI organise dinners (that bring people together over tasty food), fundraise to help at home and abroad, teach English to new arrivals and Arabic to those heading over to camps in Europe or meeting those who have just arrived. RAMSI works to lobby, educate and inform.

Donate to pay for bus tickets to help people make it to the dinner

There are many people living in Direct provision centres around the country, some as far away as Killarney who are really keen to come to 21st May’s solidarity dinner,. These centers are often in remote areas and residents live off less than 20euro a week and are unallowed to work. The money raised here will go towards the transport costs of those coming to May’s solidarity dinner from DP centres.
